VETERAN'S DAY AT RHODES

Veteran's Day is celebrated on November 11 of each year.  We will have a day off from school tomorrow to honor the military veterans in our lives and of our country.

The video below shows how Veteran's Day is important here at Rhodes School.  Many staff members are proud of family members who have served or are currently serving in one of the five branches of the United States Military.

Encantado Spelling

Welcome back 4th graders!  We hope you had a really nice Spring Break!

For the next couple of weeks, we will be reading the story "Encantado." It is about dolphins.  These are not just ordinary gray bottlenose dolphins though.  Instead, they are pink!  They are pink river dolphins with many unique traits.
